In WHs 1) They don't know it's there 2) The cloaker can't have a Cyno to bridge in a blob (either via titan or BLOPs) 3) If the WH inhabitants are worried about someone in their system, they can roll all the holes, and any existing cloaky is not impotent. Thus, WHs are not comparable to nullsec. How much herp could a herp derp derp if a herp derp could herp derp.

Yes but it's not local that gives that information, you have to take that pilot's name to EVEkill to find the rest of that out. This is EVE, and people are incredibly lazy and stupid. I'd be surprised if 1 in 100 ratters actually checks EVEkill to find out if a cloaker is a hotdropper or not. How much herp could a herp derp derp if a herp derp could herp derp.
